Xing launches a luxury subscription for just under 4000 francs
Xing is taking career networking pricing to a whole new level. This week, a program is launching in Switzerland that will cost members 3,990 francs per year.
The program is called the "Xing Executives Circle" and is aimed exclusively at managers with leadership experience and major budgetary responsibility. In return, Xing members who want to pay this much money for their profile get access to a closed online group. In addition, members meet five times a year at an exclusive event with a maximum of 15 other managers. On September 5, according to Handelszeitung the first group of Swiss Xing noble customers at the "Dolder Grand Hotel" in Zurich.
To date, the cost of profiles on career networks has been manageable. The vast majority of users have a free profile on Linkedin or Xing. Premium memberships on the larger networks cost between 12 and 60 francs per year.
