Spitex Switzerland launches new website with Internezzo

Spitex Switzerland presents itself with a completely revamped digital website. The new spitex.ch website was realized in a project lasting around ten months together with the digital agency Internezzo. The aim was to structure content more clearly and simplify user guidance.

Internezzo was responsible for the concept, navigation, project management and technical implementation. The platform is based on the open source CMS Neos and, in addition to the public website, also includes the closed "Extranet" area for members and Spitex organizations of Spitex Switzerland.

Focus on user-friendliness

A particular focus was placed on user-friendliness: all users should be able to find the content that is important to them quickly and easily. A zip code search makes it possible to quickly find the relevant Spitex organization in the vicinity. In addition, a telephone routing application was integrated that automatically assigns calls to the appropriate regional Spitex organization.

Basis for future websites

The new website also forms the basis of a service for the future websites of the cantonal associations and grassroots organizations, which are planned to be implemented from March 2026. This will create a uniform presence as well as synergies in operation and further development.

The project was characterized by a close and cooperative partnership between Spitex Switzerland and Internezzo. The result is a modern, scalable platform that effectively combines information, services and internal collaboration.
