Spitch strengthens German team
Spitch, a developer of AI-based voice and text dialogue systems, is expanding its workforce in Germany. Olaf Hansen will serve as VP of Business Development, and Michael Schlake will serve as a project manager focusing on German-language projects.

Both new additions report directly to Stephan Fehlmann, who has overall responsibility for the DACH region. With the expanded team, Spitch aims to meet the rapidly increasing demand for AI-based systems for customer communication.
Michael Schlake is assigned to the Customer Success Department, which was set up in the middle of last year to support the surge in demand. He comes from Spitch partner NTT Data, where he most recently worked as Lead Consultant Customer Experience and was already involved in several joint customer projects.
Olaf Hansen has more than 35 years of experience in consulting and sales of complex IT systems. In his last position at Verint, he was responsible for sales and presales activities in the DACH region.
