Social Media Summit: Record demand leads to expanded program

The Social Media Summit will take place in Engelberg on November 5 and 6, 2025. In its eighth edition, the specialist conference for social media marketing will take place on four stages and is responding to the high demand with additional networking formats.

The conference will welcome around 800 participants and offer a wide range of program items over two days, including masterclasses on performance marketing and the use of AI in social media marketing, keynotes on the latest figures on social media use in Switzerland as well as tips and tricks for content production and storytelling on social media. In total, over 50 speakers will highlight current trends and successful strategies in the field of social media marketing. In addition to global platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, this year's focus will also be on local figures and best practices.

The Summit brings together people from a wide range of industries. In recent years, the strong presence of financial institutions, tourism organizations and public authorities has been particularly noticeable - all areas in which social media has gained strategic relevance in recent years. This is because social media is playing an increasingly decisive role, particularly in highly regulated environments or for complex communication tasks. Tanja Herrmann, founder of the event, emphasizes that the main motivation of the participants for years has been further training and the exchange of best practices.

In addition, a new networking opportunity will be offered this year: the "Fondue Night with Strangers" is intended to promote exchange in an informal setting away from the stages.

Tickets are now available at Social-media-summit.ch. Until the end of May, interested parties can still benefit from limited tickets at the Early Bird price.
