Plan.Net Suisse creates new online presence for Sanitas
Sanitas Health Insurance is relaunching its online channels. The new platform was created and implemented by Plan.Net Suisse.
Sanitas offers its customers simple and seamless digital access from all mobile devices. With the new website, the services and offers take center stage and are presented transparently. The website has a modern, user-friendly and emotional design.
Plan.Net Suisse was commissioned with the conception, UX/UI design and search engine optimization of the new Platform entrusted to us. Within the user-centric approach, the focus was placed on homogenizing the content and design of all digital channels. In addition, an intuitive user experience was created across all touchpoints. A total of nine Plan.Net specialists dedicated themselves to this challenging task over the course of a year.
All website content is displayed in a user-friendly way on mobile devices. Customers can communicate seamlessly with Sanitas digitally via the customer portal. The customer portal and the premium calculator can be accessed in the usual way via the website.
