Parliament paves the way for further digitalization of the justice system

The Federal Assembly has laid the groundwork for fully digital judicial proceedings in Switzerland. On Thursday, the National Council and the Council of States resolved the final differences regarding the new federal law on platforms for electronic communication in the judicial system.
