NZZ: Audienzz acquires German online marketer Netpoint Media
The digital advertising specialist Audienzz is expanding its business segment and expanding into the German market. As of January 1, 2023, the NZZ digital subsidiary will become the new owner of the German online marketer Netpoint Media and the associated digital agency TripleDoubleU.
The Netpoint Media product portfolio now complements the Audienzz portfolio; in return, Audienzz's Adconsole, an all-in-one solution for managing multimedia advertising orders, will be launched next year for the management of advertising orders in the German market. As early as September 2022, NZZ signed up Netpoint Media for the exclusive marketing of the digital New Zurich Newspaper in Germany and rolled out Netpoint Media's programmatic set-up across nzz.ch's German reach and Audienzz's overall portfolio.
Andreas Küenle, founder and managing director of Netpoint Media and managing director of TripleDoubleU, will continue to run the companies after the acquisition together with Sven Heller and Marco Stolze, also managing directors of Netpoint Media and TripleDoubleU. The subsidiaries in Berlin, Hamburg and Nierstein will remain in place and continue to operate independently.
