Miele scores at LAP celebration with virtual reality game from Line

Catching the attention of recent graduates at their graduation ceremony is almost as difficult as reinventing the washing machine drum. That’s why the Zurich-based agency Line Communications designed and developed a virtual reality game for Miele.

Apprenticeship graduates from technical professions are extremely sought-after employees on the labor market. This makes it all the more important for a brand to position itself as an attractive employer at an early stage.

At this year's LAP celebration for the electrical professions in Winterthur, Miele therefore came up with a special attraction: a virtual reality game developed exclusively for this presentation by Line Communications - target group-oriented and unique.

Teamwork in virtual reality

The object of the game is to position colored building blocks in a grid in the virtual Miele environment according to instructions from a colleague. A game sequence lasts around 20 seconds. Since gravity is eliminated, even large objects can be lifted and moved with surprising ease in virtual reality - an impressive experience!

Reaching the goal with teamwork and state-of-the-art technology - that was the message of the game and at the same time are essential components in the everyday work of Miele service technicians. Miele will be remembered as a brand that provided participants with an exceptional virtual experience on this important day.
