Under the leadership of Gabriele Ottino, Doodle's premium offering is to be further expanded and the development team significantly strengthened in the coming months. Last year, various product developments were already implemented. Among other things, Doodle launched a Doodle app for Apple's iMessage. This allows different people to coordinate an appointment directly in the iMessage chat without having to leave the chat. Last year, Doodle also acquired the artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered chatbot Meekan, a virtual assistant for efficient appointment finding.

Gabriele Ottino was previously Head of Digital Strategy at Tamedia, where he was responsible for the implementation and further development of the digital strategy. He holds a master's degree in physics from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and an MBA in business administration from London Business School.

The Board of Directors of Doodle and the management of the Swiss media group Tamedia, to which Doodle belongs, wish Gabriele Ottino every success in his new role.
