The digital gazette becomes legally binding in the city of Zurich

As of January 1, 2018, the digital Official Gazette will become the legally binding version of the Official Notices. In addition to the digital edition, the print version of the Official Gazette will continue to be published every Wednesday in the Tagblatt der Stadt Zürich.

The digital gazette is also published every Wednesday and can be downloaded at City-zuerich.ch/office-sheet can be accessed as a complete edition in PDF format, as the City Chancellery announced on Tuesday. Older notices can be searched by keywords and headings. Interested parties can also subscribe to the official gazette as a newsletter.

The Publication Ordinance issued by the Municipal Council in February 2016 and the Implementation Regulations for the Publication Ordinance will enter into force at the beginning of 2018. These legal bases contain provisions on the Official Compilation and the "Official Gazette". With the entry into force of the new legal bases, the electronic version of the official publications will become legally binding. (SDA)
