Swiss medium "Nau" launched online
The online platform brings three innovations:
1. the motto is "nau.ch you know!" This has two meanings: Firstly, readers can find out about relevant events at a high quality level. Secondly, they can also post their own content and thus become "nauthors". Clubs, municipalities and interested private individuals can use a low-threshold tool and professional support from the team to make it onto the screens - for example with a moving local junior football victory. "This is real media democratization, right down to the hyperlocal ramifications," says CEO Yves Kilchenmann.2 "Nau" focuses on the regions and is the opposite of centralized. Almost a third of the 45-strong editorial team consists of flying reporter teams in the regions of Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, Frauenfeld, Basel and Bern. The Graubünden team will start in 2018.3 "Nau" is live and digital: much of the content is conveyed using videos and live broadcasts. "This is what the young, digital generation does best," says Editor-in-Chief Micha Zbinden. The average age of the editorial team is 29, and the departments combine a great deal of journalistic experience, especially digital experience - in sport and in the Federal Parliament, in the people department and in business and on the desk. >>>>hier .
