Cantonal police rely on mobile solutions

By using mobile technologies, the St. Gallen Cantonal Police is increasing the efficiency of its employees. The central management of the devices and apps is carried out via a Abraxas Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform based on Citrix XenMobile. The platform ensures the secure operation of the devices and provides the necessary apps for the police force, and following the completion of the first stage in early summer, the project is now in the next phase. Various apps are now to be developed and introduced by the end of 2016. "Of course, this is just the beginning," explains police commander Bruno Zanga in the film about the project.
