DU DA launches values communication app "Myheroes
The agency DU DA Data & Commtech by Farner is launching "Myheroes", an app for communicating values that is designed to have a positive impact on the performance of the workforce. The app uses the latest findings from behavioural economics and psychology to turn organizations into cohesive teams.
The App embeds corporate values in the feedback culture of organizations. Employees can directly and easily give positive and reinforcing feedback along company values. "We know from research that employee buy-in to corporate values explains almost half of EBIT," says Marc van Nuffel, CEO of DU DA. "Our goal was to create a way to bring these values to the workforce - better than selective internal campaigns could, and with more lasting impact."
Myheroes is designed to create a shared understanding of the company's values and thus strengthen employees' commitment to and identification with the organization. Every feedback given with Myheroes contributes to the achievement of a common goal, which can be defined by the company - such as a donation to a charitable organization or the financing of the team outing. By connecting the blockchain voucher "Ecoo," which was developed by DU DA together with Papers, users can also be rewarded directly with a company-issued coin that they can spend in the cafeteria or partner stores, for example.
