Adobe hosts virtual "Experience Festival

On April 3 and 4, 2019, Adobe is launching the new «Experience Festival»—a digital conference for anyone interested in topics related to customer experience.

Adobe is convinced that a marketing conference today must be accessible to everyone - without a multi-day calendar blocker, high travel costs, cramped hotel rooms and poor seating. That is why the organizer is making the program of its "Experience Festival" accessible online from any common end device. Registration for the digital happening on April 3 and 4, 2019 is free of charge.

Focus on customer experience and its future

The jam-packed program  focuses on customer experience and its future. The event is intended to provide online marketers and marketing managers with inspiration and valuable knowledge for their own practice. This includes a keynote speech on the megatrend of artificial intelligence, practical sessions on campaign orchestration, personalization and various martech and adtech topics, as well as a discussion panel live from London.

Brands experts also involved

However, the speakers will not only include experts from the organizer Adobe itself, but also representatives from brands such as Twitter, Allianz and Douglas, who will talk about their experiences and offer insights into their customer experience practices.

Making real interaction virtually possible

In order to make real interaction possible virtually, the Experience Festival takes place on a virtual platform that allows people to interact with the community and exchange views on daily challenges, ask experts technical questions via a chat and download practice-oriented knowledge from a digital content library. All of this - as well as participation - is free of charge.
