The chronic congestion of traffic routes and public transportation at peak times is considered one of the biggest challenges in coping with the daily flow of commuters. A national initiative by various stakeholders was launched under the title "work smart" with the aim of promoting flexible forms of work in order to alleviate capacity bottlenecks. As a co-initiator, SBB is supporting the long-term project with a specific campaign and has commissioned Transformer with its development.

The core message of the national campaign is to motivate commuters to change their mainstream behavior, work flexibly within their means and commute outside of rush hour. The concise implementation with the red box as a key visual strikingly symbolizes breaking out of restrictive habits and the new freedom gained as a result. Measures include F12 posters, e-boards, advertisements, a comprehensive online campaign and promotions in numerous central stations nationwide.
