Illustrator Sam Amrein: Sophisticated image ideas for innovative visions
In 2018, *Werbewoche* is featuring outstanding Swiss illustrators. In issue 4/2018: Sam Amrein. The illustrator has made the process of distilling information down to its essentials her creative mission.
Sam Amrein's motto is: "Where talented people produce innovative visions, it takes refined image ideas that make this knowledge accessible to others." The freelance (scientific) illustrator and co-founder of the Vollkorn collective sees each illustration as a formula, an individual reduction of a message.
Thanks to different creative backgrounds, Vollkorn can offer a wide range of styles and techniques: abstract to realistic, analog and digital, 2D and 3D. Always with the goal of telling core messages, processes and connections in images that resonate with the audience.
