Goldbach Interactive produces explanatory videos for the city of Zurich
Goldbach Interactive has produced explanatory videos for the City of Zurich on the new online booking system for after-school care.

Relieving citizens of time-consuming administrative procedures and complicated planning - that is the aim of the City of Zurich's "My Account" online portal. Here, parents can book and manage a place in school childcare for their children online and view all childcare services and tariffs quickly and easily. To help all users understand the portal even better, the city of Zurich commissioned Goldbach Interactive to create two explanatory videos. The videos were realized as animations and serve as an explanation of the online portal for the citizens of Zurich.
The City of Zurich is launching "My Account" on its website, offering the option of completing many administrative tasks online so that residents of the city can deal with their administrative matters even more easily from home or on the move. This also includes extracurricular childcare before and after school and during vacation periods.

On the website of the City of Zurich, parents can find all information on childcare services and rates, contribution costs and subsidy options for childcare.
Goldbach Interactive has produced two explanatory videos for the initial registration and the online childcare agreement in "My Account" to give users - especially parents as the main user group - an understanding of how easy it is to use the functions. With numerous illustrations specially developed for the videos, the user is guided through the registration process and the individual functions of the online tool. All functions are explained in detail and the advantages of the portal are shown. The friendly voice-over text explains the individual steps in calm, easy-to-understand language. The animation is supported by subtitles so that deaf users and users without loudspeakers on the end device used can also understand the content.
"We are very satisfied with the result and have received positive feedback from parents and schools alike," says Andreas Tinner, Head of School Support at the City of Zurich. "This is all the more pleasing as we had no previous experience with animated videos. In addition to the technical implementation, the collaboration with Goldbach Interactive enabled us to jointly identify the relevant points and convey them as key messages in an appealing way."
