Karin&Karin new at Berner Postgasse and with BAG and canton mandate

While conception, copywriting, editing, design and creation take place in the rear part of the first floor premises, customers in the front part are given an insight into Clémentine's diverse work and the opportunity to discover and shop in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to home-made treasures, the range includes interior souvenirs from Morocco and color concepts. Here's to a wealth of surprising ideas in the interplay of different disciplines.

A move that Karin&Karin were able to celebrate with the award of a mandate from the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and the Office for Forests of the Canton of Bern. In close collaboration with the FOPH and the Swiss Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics SGGG, they will be responsible for the content and design of a national brochure on the topic of "Infectious diseases and pregnancy" over the coming months. With the brochure, the clients want to contribute to the standardization of the relevant examinations, interventions and information. Karin&Karin are designing, editing and proofreading the sustainability report for the Office for Forests of the Canton of Bern.

Behind Karin&Karin are Karin Hänni or Eckraum and Karin Hänzi Berger. One is a graphic designer, the other a writer by conviction, both have almost identical names and are similarly minded in many other respects and fascinated by the same things. Both freelancers since 2004, they joined forces in spring 2017 to form a network agency and have now created Clémentine, the perfect store for future in-house creations. For the time being, they have planned their own series of postcards and notebooks, but more extensive image-text compositions such as calendars, books and special city maps could be added at a later date. Before embarking on the adventure of self-employment, they designed and wrote for advertising agencies and fashion magazines.
