Mauro Paoli joins Le Menu as editor and producer
The editorial team at Le Menu is being strengthened and expanded. With Mauro Paoli, Le Menu is gaining a new editor-in-chief and producer. Silvia Erne began her role as culinary director on August 1.
Mauro Paoli, former member of the editorial team at Glückspost, is moving to Le Menu. He has been part of the Le Menu editorial team as a freelance journalist since Le Menu was founded. As editor and producer of Le Menu, Mauro Paoli will set new accents and priorities. He will take up his new position on October 1.
At the same time, Le Menu was able to recruit Silvia Erne for the newly created position of Culinary Director. Silvia Erne, a trained home economics teacher, has also been a recipe author for Le Menu for many years. Together with the other recipe authors and food photographers, Silvia Erne will track down trends, but also reinterpret classics.
Le Menu is the most successful nationally subscribed and largest independent cooking magazine in Switzerland. According to MACH Basic 2017-1, the monthly magazine reaches 309,000 readers and was thus able to significantly increase its readership compared to 2016-2.
