Larissa Alghisi new in the HarbourClub board of directors

The HarbourClub General Meeting on Friday confirmed the appointment of Larissa Alghisi to the Board of Directors. She will assume the role of Chief Communications Officer at Julius Baer Group as of July 1, 2017. The members of HarbourClub also confirmed the election of the previously appointed new board members Salomé Ramseier, Myriam Käser and Roman Sidler.

Due to professional changes, Clarissa Haller (formerly Credit Suisse), Peter Brun (formerly Kuoni) and Thomas Truttmann (formerly McDonald's Switzerland) left the Board in the last twelve months. They were replaced by Roman Sidler, Myriam Käser and Salomé Ramseier. They are now joined by Larissa Alghisi. This expands the board to a body of seven CCOs. The annual general meeting of HarbourClub on March 10 confirmed all members of the board. Dominique Morel, President HarbourClub: "To keep the momentum, renewability and attractiveness of HarbourClub moving forward, we are redistributing the tasks on more shoulders and look forward to fresh ideas."

As of now, the HarbourClub board is composed as follows: Dominique Morel, KPMG (Chairman); Myriam Käser, NZZ; Hans-Peter Nehmer, Allianz Suisse; Salomé Ramseier, Holcim (Switzerland); Matthias Schneider, Coca-Cola Switzerland, Roman Sidler, Geberit and Larissa Alghisi, who will become Chief Communications Officer of Julius Baer Group and a member of the Executive Board as of July 1. From 2010 to 2016, she served as Head Group Communications of GAM Holding Group. Prior to that, she worked at UBS, in various management positions in corporate and financial communications, and as a management consultant at Accenture. Larissa Alghisi studied at the University of St. Gallen and holds a degree in business administration.
