Swiss upgrades sales office
Since Tuesday, Swiss has been offering customers the opportunity to receive personalized advice and purchase tickets at its newly redesigned City Ticket Office on Paradeplatz in Zurich.
The Swiss City Ticket Office was designed in the style of the new Swiss First Class Lounge at Zurich Airport, so that it now presents itself in a modern atmosphere with typical Swiss design elements and furniture from Vitra and de Sede. Swiss customers are also now served at various sales islands distributed around the room.
"Our centrally located sales office allows us to be particularly close to our customers and offer them a holistic service. The personal contact and individual support are highly appreciated by our customers, which is shown, among other things, by the large number of regular customers," comments Markus Binkert, Chief Commercial Officer Swiss, on the reopening after the renovation.
The Swiss City Ticket Office is the only travel agency that Swiss still operates today.
