Peter Brönnimann starts as Creative Director at the end of October, Johannes Raggio joins in January, also as Creative Director.

As CEO Thomas Wildberger reports, the two newcomers, together with Ralph Halder and Patrick Suter, will form the new top management of Publicis' creative department. Who will be responsible for which clients in the future will be announced at a later date.

Peter Brönnimann was co-founder and partner of Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett, later ECD at Leo Burnett, and is responsible for many Swiss advertising highlights, including the turnaround sets for Swiss Life or the Switzerland tourism campaigns. Brönnimann was voted Advertiser of the Year in 2013, is a board member at ADC Switzerland and president of the Ad School. Most recently, he worked as a freelancer, including for Publicis, where he developed the UBS pension campaign together with Thomas Wildberger.

Johannes Raggio was Creative Director at Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett and ECD at Leo Burnett. His previous stations include Jung von Matt/Limmat and Advico Young & Rubicam. With campaigns for clients such as Migros, BAG and Victorinox, Raggio has won awards at numerous competitions in Switzerland and abroad. He is a member of ADC Switzerland and most recently worked as a freelancer - including for Publicis, where he co-developed, for example, the Eidgenössische Schwingfest campaign for UBS, the highlight of which is a one-minute video featuring the English "Queen".

Thomas Wildberger, who will remain the agency's creative director, is delighted about the reinforcement: "I am proud that we have succeeded in convincing two of the best creatives to give up their successful freelance work and join us instead. After the last very successful years, the whole of Publicis is now looking forward to tackling the big goal of transformation with an even stronger team and ushering in a new era".

But this personnel change is just the beginning, Wildberger continues, "Brönnimann and Raggio are part of a larger, structural reorganization. With them, I first want to ensure the high quality of our ideas. In the coming months, they will be joined by other talents with skills from a wide range of areas."
