Leo Burnett: The Emmental Annual Report Invites You to Cook
Emmentaler Switzerland is placing greater emphasis on the variety of moments of enjoyment offered by this classic cheese. This is even evident in the latest annual report, which was designed by Leo Burnett.
The result is a small book that is also a cookbook. With a dozen surprising recipes to cook and enjoy. The recipes and the presentation of the menus are inspired by the content of the respective chapters on business figures and market analyses. For example, the marketing mix is presented in the form of ingredients in the corresponding proportions, or the organization chart becomes a club sandwich. The dishes were created by Karin Messerli and photographed by Lukas Lienhart.
