Renzen: Umbrella campaign for Publiposte
Renzen is launching a new umbrella campaign to highlight the benefits of Publiposte, Swiss Post's advertising channel.
As an advertising channel, Publiposte generally enjoys a gratifyingly high level of awareness and a good reputation. However, when it comes to the specific offers and benefits compared to other advertising channels, there is still room for improvement in terms of awareness.
The new campaign, which was created by the Aarau-based communications agency Renzen, is designed to close this knowledge gap by getting to the heart of important core messages on striking yellow signs in shapes that match the message. The yellow signs have a clear signal effect and give the campaign a clear post-branding. The messages are straightforward and communicate a clear benefit: for example, the nationwide network (over 1600 post offices throughout Switzerland), the high customer frequency (over 545,000 contact opportunities per day), the differentiated booking options (local, regional or national) and the excellent price-performance ratio. So far, advertisements and web banners have been implemented. Further measures are in progress.

Responsible at Post CH, Publiposte, Berne: Sandra Jann, Andreas Etter (project management). Responsible at Renzen Communications, Aarau: Hanno Lietz (CD/text), Achim Kaufmann (AD), Luca Pibiri, Michelle Mathys, Bianca Costa (consulting).
