Sven Wieland, co-founder and responsible for Marketing & Communication at Event Butler, explains: "Successful events can create unique experiences. We wanted to remedy this and over the last 18 months we have provided a large number of interesting offers and services with numerous functionalities in Event Butler. Eventbutler is not just an online directory with offers, but a high-quality and visually appealing marketplace for events that efficiently brings event service providers and event organizers together"

Event planners can select suitable providers according to their individual criteria and find out about their offers and services. The entire spectrum of event organization is covered so that event organizers can access all services via a single portal. This brings event organizers and event service providers together in a targeted manner. The subsequent clarifications and any bookings are always made directly between the interested party and the provider. Event Butler does not receive any commission for these services.

Further expansion steps already in preparation

The new event portal will continue to evolve over the coming months. The content will be tailored even more closely to the needs of providers and event planners and expanded with new functionalities and services. The offerings will also be expanded geographically to include French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino and the portal will be translated into other languages.
