Last but not least: Gone with the wind

This ad in the Stockholm subway reacts to passing trains—and is wowing the world.

The case film "Blowing in the Wind" by Akestam Holst, Stockholm has quickly become a hit with millions of clicks. To promote a new line of hair products from Apotek Hjärtat, the agency equipped the digital ad with wind sensors. When the subway pulls into the station, the hair of the lady shown swirls around. That's how beautifully airy, light and voluminous the hair becomes when it is cared for with the Apolosophy line. At least that's what the advertisement would have you believe - a message that in this case is readily and attentively received. The film was viewed almost two million times in just a few days on the portal Vimeo clicked on. Advertising that interacts with the environment is well received by the public. In November 2013, British Airways, for example, already wowed the world with a corresponding Advertising space at Piccadilly Circus amazed: a child reacted to real airplanes flying by. The potential of such eye-catchers seems great and far from exhausted, dear advertisers. (hae)
