Promotion Tools acquires Subiaco People
Effective July 1, Promotion-Tools will take over the business operations of the agency Subiaco People & Promotion. The takeover includes the entire client portfolio as well as the pool of promoters.
The two previous owners of Subiaco, Michael Büchel and Simone Habegger, are now responsible for innovation and business development at Promotion-Tools and will develop further strategic business areas in the future together with the two Promotion-Tools managing partners Marco Eberhard and Stefan Ebnöther, according to a statement. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction.
