Publigroupe completes acquisition of Improve Digital
Publigroupe has completed the acquisition of an 85 percent stake in Improve Digital after the Competition Commission approved the transaction, which was announced on October 23, 2012.
With the acquisition of Improve Digital, Publigroupe is taking an important step towards becoming a leading player in the fast-growing real-time advertising (RTA) market in Europe, the company announced on Thursday. The investment is expected to further accelerate Improve Digital's growth in Europe's key markets. Improve Digital is based in the Netherlands and has offices in Amsterdam, London, Madrid, Munich and Paris (Werbewoche.ch reported). The company is a leading European sell-side platform (SSP) technology and service provider.
