Ogilvy puts Jaguar in the Sunday press
For the British car brand Jaguar, the Ogilvy agency created a 12-page special supplement for select Swiss Sunday newspapers, as well as a microsite with additional information.
Jaguar had planned a broad communication of its entire model range for the coming fall and decided to use a special bundle in various Swiss Sunday newspapers for this purpose, as well as a microsite that allows readers to obtain in-depth information about the individual models.
Ogilvy & Mather was responsible for the implementation of the 12-page special issue. Under the motto "Passion," the Zurich-based agency created a comprehensive overview of the wide range of products that Jaguar has in store for its customers. Novelties are presented and classics introduced, technical subtleties are highlighted and the feeling of sitting behind the wheel of a Jaguar is captured in words and images. As the agency writes in a press release, the result is a mix of journalistic reporting and sales-promoting communication that not only enthusiasts of the British premium brand would love to browse through.
In addition, Ogilvy Interactive has developed a Microsite which provides detailed information in connection with the special supplement. Here, readers will find technical data, current prices, image galleries and videos on the Jaguar model range, as well as the opportunity to enter an attractive competition.
