Last but not least: A commercial goes to court, and with it its boss
Former NPD leader Udo Voigt has posted a xenophobic commercial online. In it, foreigners are accused of having a «collective predisposition toward criminality.».
Voigt had to answer to the court today, Thursday, for incitement of the people. According to the indictment, the article was freely available on the homepage of the National Democratic Party of Germany (NDP) during the election campaign for the Berlin House of Representatives from August 15 to September 1, 2011, as the SDA writes. The article also calls for a ban on immigration. Proceedings to ban the far-right party were already underway in March 2003, but failed before the Constitutional Court due to procedural errors.
However, it is difficult to understand how this site can generate any users at all without attracting attention with low-level provocations if you look at the party's propaganda page for longer than 2 seconds - even without the aforementioned advertising spot, this is a disaster. The site is not only politically, but also in terms of design, cheaper than a Vienna sausage. The viewer is quickly gripped by the suspicion that this is a guide for children under the age of 5.

But it is not only the user guidance "Recognize, inform, act" that is strongly reminiscent of what a kindergarten child learns on the first day: "Luege, lose, run". The creators of this site are probably also assuming an audience with an IQ of no more than 16. For example, "Handeln" in the NDP actually stands for "Damit es besser wird". A cheap site with cheap statements, apolitically speaking.
