APG|SGA Mountain: Ford Kuga takes to the skies
APG|SGA Mountain, in collaboration with Ford Motor Company Switzerland, carried out an advertising campaign in Engelberg-Titlis in Central Switzerland. As a result, the Ford Kuga now accompanies skiers along the entire route.
Ford Kuga picks up skiers directly at the valley station, where they board the gondola lift, and accompanies them all the way to the Trübsee station. Thanks to the presence of a total of 150 advertising stickers distributed over 75 gondolas, skiers come into contact with Ford Kuga as soon as they start their ski day. Arriving on the Jochpass, one encounters the Bärghuis, which is a central hub in the Engelberg-Titlis ski area. The tent roof of the bar was branded with 6 stickers containing the Ford logo.
If you make yourself comfortable outside on the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountain scenery of Central Switzerland. There, your gaze falls on the Big Poster set up especially for Ford on the outside facade of the Jochpass mountain station.
The highlight of this campaign was flown in directly by helicopter. An original Ford Kuga vehicle, which was placed for a month on a pedestal of snow between the mountain station Jochpass and the Bärghuis. The promotion team assembled for this campaign surprised the skiers with give aways, non-alcoholic punch and a competition.
The implementation of this campaign was realized through the collaboration between the client Ford Motor Company Switzerland, the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather, kinetic worldwide Switzerland, the mountain railroads Engelberg-Trübsee-Titlis, the Bärghuis Jochpass and APG Mountain.
