KSB serves up a cookbook
The editorial department at KSB Krieg Schlupp Bürge already produces brochures and annual reports, as well as books on watches, jewelry, and art, at a rapid pace. Now, Christoph Bürge, co-owner of KSB, had the idea to create a cookbook.
In ten chapters, Christoph Bürge cooks as an amateur chef for the true experts at the dinner table, the agency writes in a statement. Italian for Italian grandmothers, meat for the motorcycle club, light meals for models or hearty dishes for construction workers can be found in the book, as well as game for hunters or fish for fishermen. In each case, cooking was done on a mobile kitchen on site at the dining table experts throughout Switzerland.
