Cobalt: Campaign for marketing the Enterprise business center won
Following a competitive presentation, the property owner Suva, Real Estate Division, and the marketing firm Redinvest Immobilien selected Kobalt as their communications partner.
In the futuristic-looking Enterprise Business Center in Sursee, 6,000 m2 of office space will soon become available, as the agency writes in a press release. A wide range of marketing measures are planned. These include a new brand that will last beyond the letting and is intended to reposition the property. The communication measures will start in late fall 2011.
