&Sons: On the trail of the legionnaires
The Romans are on the loose in Switzerland—&Söhne is whetting the appetite for family adventures with a new movie theater ad for the Legionary Trail in Windisch (AG).
&Söhne realized a cinema spot for the Outdoor Museum. The long version of it will be used as a new image film. The film will be shown in regional cinemas in the coming months.
The film was deliberately shot in the style of a cinema trailer and was inspired by the legendary Sandals films, explains &Söhne managing director Florian Ingold. The client is the Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Canton of Aarau, which manages the Legionnaire's Trail.
The main attraction of the Legionnaires' Trail Roman Experience Park in Windisch (AG) is a plunge into the world of the Romans - and at original sites. Visitors to the Legionnaires' Trail can expect carefully restored sites that come to life with the help of modern technology. In the ruins of the sunken officers' kitchen, for example, you can suddenly overhear a conversation among Romans or feel the atmosphere of a bygone era in the thermal baths enlivened by light and scents. In addition, you can spend the night in the replica Roman camp Contubernia and cook Roman food.
