Shutdown: Danni Härry
What struck you most about 20 Minuten's decision?
What struck you most about the 20 Minuten decision?
Danni Härry: I don't want to judge the style. I was looking forward to a new, great challenge. I still think 20 minutes is a great product. So I'm sorry that I'm not part of it now.
Were you surprised by the procedure?
Härry: The timing was surprising. On Tuesday last week, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of 20 Minuten assured me of his full support. The next day, on Wednesday evening, I was informed that the Board of Directors was planning the future without me.
Being dismissed before taking up your post also damages your reputation. What do you intend to do about this?
Härry: I can't say whether it is damaging to our reputation. I assume that we will find an amicable solution.
What plans do you have for the future?
Härry: I can't say anything about that yet. I don't have my head free to plan my future at the moment.
