Agor is now a public limited company

After 30 years in business, Klaus and Charlotte Lüthi have converted their one-man firm Agor Werbeagentur into a public limited company, which is still located on Rötelstrasse in Zurich under the new name Agor AG, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations. The agency sees itself as a full-service provider and employs ten people. Its core competencies are the development of corporate design, the conception and realization of image and product campaigns, technical documentation and websites as well as POS support and trade fair appearances. "The aim of the conversion to a public limited company was to broaden the basis of management responsibility and to facilitate a succession plan," says consultant Eduard Ulli. Together with Klaus Lüthi (Chairman of the Board of Directors), consultant Markus Günter and CD Oliver Hug, he forms the new management team. Agor's clients include the Swiss Association of Master Builders (SBV), Zürcher Erdgas AG and Messe Schweiz, Basel. (dz)
