Tele Top makes it to Schaffhausen The Schaffhausen cable network operator Sasag has switched on the regional channel Tele Top at the behest of the Federal Supreme Court. The company is defending itself against a ruling by the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) that it must grant Tele Top access to its network as of August 15. According to the judges, the temporary connection of Tele Top did not affect Sasag so severely as to justify the suspension of the deadline set by the Uvek. The connection had been ordered to ensure program diversity.
