TV program guides From 18 March to 16 July 2003, Vierwaldstätter Verlags GmbH, publisher of the TV program guide TV vier, was in debt restructuring proceedings, which have now been concluded with a court-approved debt restructuring agreement between creditors and the publisher, and the company has been restructured. This was confirmed by the administrator appointed, BDO Visura Lucerne. The owner of the publishing house, Rüdiger Hahn, could not be reached. He had previously expressed optimism that his company would "survive the debt-restructuring moratorium to 99.9 percent" (WW 20/03). (mk)
