SW provides an overview of advertising bans

Since the Federal Supreme Court ruled that the canton of Geneva's ban on advertising tobacco products and certain alcoholic beverages was legal, numerous other cantons have been seeking similar measures, and no fewer than 19 motions or postulates have been submitted to 15 cantonal parliaments.
