Business press L'Agefi sees itself as a victim of the competition: The business newspaper is suing Le Temps, Tribune de Genève and Bilan as well as their publishers Edipresse and Ringier for unfair competition. According to a report in Le Temps, the case concerns a series of articles published between January and April 2004. Agefi CEO Alain Fabarez is of the opinion that these reports have cast L'Agefi in a very negative light and led to a fall in its share price. The Agefi Groupe is therefore to receive 6.3 million francs in damages, Fabarez himself 2.4 million francs.
