Publicis takes over Fisch Meier completely
Gilbert Fisch, CEO and co-owner of the agency, will leave Fisch Meier Direkt in the spring of 2005. At the same time, majority shareholder Publicis will become the sole owner of the communications agency.
Agencies CEO and co-owner Gilbert Fisch leaves Fisch Meier Direkt in spring 2005, while majority owner Publicis becomes the sole owner of the dialog agency, and the former managing director of Lowe Direct, Christian Hansen, becomes the new CEO at the beginning of April.
