Northwest 5 becomes NW1
Regional TV: The Basel-Landschaft-based station Nordwest 5 will be renamed NW1 effective December 1. The station plans to expand its content and increase its staff.
Regional TV The Baselbieter station Nordwest 5 will be called NW1 from December 1. Content is to be expanded and the number of employees increased, and the relaunch follows changes in the shareholder structure: Chairman of the Board Christian Heeb and the electricity group EBM have taken over the shares of the retired Managing Director Beat Alder and the resigned Chairman of the Board Adar Tavor in equal shares. Heeb now holds 40 percent and EBM 57 percent.
