E-Commerce I The PWA index rose by 0.2 points to 102.1 points in November, and apart from the summer lull (July and August), the index, which shows the development of online advertising expenditure, recorded growth throughout the year. The trend for 2004 is still very positive, according to the online media consultant Publimedia Webadvertising (PWA).
