A two-stage concept will be introduced from September. Course 1 (Publishing Specialist) is aimed at young professionals who want to qualify as project managers, clerks or division managers in the media business. Course 2 (Publishing Manager) is aimed at professionals with management potential. The courses each last around one year. For course 1, the Media Institute works together with the Sawi in Dübendorf, for course 2 with the MAZ in Lucerne. The new concept is intended to compensate for the greatly increased complexity and scope of the course material.
