Webpublishing Future Connection was the first Swiss web and multimedia service provider to be certified in accordance with ISO9001:2000 as part of the TQMi project. The cross-company, integrated management systems include customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders in the processes and are intended to control the quality of the company's activities. Following the 2000 revision, the certification of management systems according to ISO9001 is now more practice-oriented and less bureaucratic than before.
