Internet The Federal Supreme Court has just approved the actions of Nexpage, which searches the Internet for real estate advertisements and uses them on its own website, and now the rejected plaintiffs Tamedia, Homegate, Immoscout24 and Swissclick are facing new trouble - from the free newspaper chain Metro. The latter has set up a portal in Sweden on which it publishes advertisements, among other things - all third-party offers that Metro searches for on the Internet. It remains to be seen how Tamedia & Co will react to Nexpage and Metro. Tamedia spokeswoman Franziska Hügli admits that they have not even analyzed the Federal Court ruling yet. (mk)
