Stämpfli and Nexplore create Bernese network to combat skills shortage
Stämpfli Kommunikation and Nexplore AG are entering into a strategic partnership. Under the motto «Human and digital. Together in the flow,» the two Bern-based companies are combining brand communication, digital transformation, and employee experience. The goal is to create work environments where people want to stay.

The shortage of skilled workers has reached a new level. Attracting talent is no longer enough. Companies need to convince, inspire and retain. Many are responding with new tools or elaborate employer branding campaigns. But the hoped-for effect often fails to materialize.
This is where the new strategic partnership between Stämpfli Kommunikation and Nexplore comes in. The two Bern-based companies unite under the motto "Humanly digital. Together in the flow.", the two Bern-based companies are uniting what remains separate in many companies: Brand communication, digital transformation and employee experience.
The interplay of technology, communication and culture
"Technology without culture remains lifeless. Communication without strategy fizzles out. Culture without structure fizzles out. Only the interplay of these three dimensions creates a genuine employee experience - the holistic experience of work, from recruitment to daily collaboration," says Beatrix Imhof, Co-Head of the Stämpfli communications agency.
The strength of the alliance lies in the combination of complementary skills: Stämpfli Kommunikation contributes expertise in employer branding, internal communication and cultural development. Nexplore, founded in Thun and now also anchored in Bern, Basel and Zurich, complements this with digital collaboration solutions, process consulting and experience in employee experience mandates. Together, the partners offer end-to-end support: from analysis and strategy to implementation.
"A strong employer brand grows from within," explains Adrian Herzog, Business Transformation Consultant at Nexplore. "Only those who consciously shape their culture can also appear authentic to the outside world."
Measurable success for HR, communication and leadership
The network is aimed at HR managers, communication managers and CEOs of SMEs as well as IT and change managers - in other words, anyone who not only wants to attract employees, but also retain them in the long term. The success is measurable: shorter onboarding times, less fluctuation, higher participation in internal channels and an increasing recommendation rate among employees.
