ADCE: Agency Exchange enables creative exchange in Europe
The Art Directors Club of Europe is launching the Agency Exchange educational program. It allows creatives with at least two years of experience to work at a European partner agency for three to six weeks without having to quit their current job. Applications are being accepted through March 29.

The Art Directors Club of Europe has opened the application phase for the Agency Exchange program. The training program is aimed at European agencies and creative professionals with mid-level professional experience who would like to get to know new working cultures through an international exchange.
The program invites agencies to send their talents abroad for three to six weeks. During this time, participants work at a partner agency in another European country and get to know different methods, perspectives and creative working environments.
Requirements and benefits
Creative professionals with at least two years of professional experience whose agency supports the project can take part. For the creative professionals, the program means the opportunity to further develop their professional and personal skills without having to give up their current job. They can also experience new creative cultures and work processes and build up an international network.
For the agencies, Agency Exchange offers the opportunity to retain and motivate talent. At the same time, they can take on creatives from all over Europe and enrich their teams with fresh perspectives and cultural diversity. The program also strengthens the international creative community.
Applications are possible until March 29. All details and conditions of participation are available on the website of the Art Directors Club of Europe.
