Geyst strengthens creative team with Olivia Hug and Lukas Schnider
The Zurich-based agency Geyst is expanding its creative leadership team. Olivia Hug is taking over as Creative Director, while Lukas Schnider, formerly of Farner, is joining the team as the new Art Director. This personnel decision marks a strategic step in the agency’s continued development.

There have been personnel changes at the creative management level of the Zurich agency Geyst. Olivia Hug has taken over the position of Creative Director, while Lukas Schnider joins the team from Farner as Art Director. The two are to jointly shape the creative direction of the agency in future.
Olivia Hug takes over creative direction
Olivia Hug has been with Geyst for several years and has helped shape the agency with her strong conceptual approach. In her new role as Creative Director, she will increasingly drive forward the development of strategic brand identities and be responsible for design quality assurance. Before joining Geyst, Hug gained experience at agencies such as TBWA, Department, FCB Zurich, CRK and Havas.
Lukas Schnider brings fresh perspectives
As the new Art Director, Lukas Schnider brings with him a distinctive visual signature and a feel for brand aesthetics. He is moving from the Farner agency to Geyst, where he will design central client projects, further develop creative processes and help shape visual excellence across all channels.
Strategy of internal promotion and external input
The personnel decisions reflect the agency's culture of promoting internal talent and at the same time providing targeted external impetus. "With Olivia and Lukas, we are strengthening our creative leadership from within our own team and with fresh expertise from outside," says Reto Baumann, CEO of Geyst. "Both bring skills, experience and passion, share our understanding of brand management and enjoy helping to shape Geyst further."
Geyst supports brands and companies with strategic depth, a creative approach and a participative attitude. The agency is based on Giesshübelstrasse in Zurich.
