Publicis Luxe and the Dolder Grand have jointly produced 40 video reels for social media and the website. The filmed content showcases the Dolder Grand in a newly developed visual language - from check-in to insights into the 175 rooms and suites, the Dolder Grand Spa and the culinary offerings with the Canvas Bar & Lounge and the four restaurants to the hotel's own art collection.

"For us, moving images are far more than just a means of communication - they are the key to making the diversity of the Dolder Grand a coherent overall experience. The aim is to convey our offer and our services on an emotional level and to awaken the specific needs of our target groups," explains Joachim Schweier, Head of Marketing & Communications at the Dolder Grand.

End-to-end production of the highest quality

The content developed translates aesthetics and service quality into a coherent, internationally connectable visual language and strengthens brand perception in the long term. The filming took place during ongoing hotel operations and required precise planning and close coordination with the operational teams - without compromising on quality, service excellence and guest experience.

Publicis Luxe and Prodigious were responsible for the complete end-to-end production - from creative direction and script to direction, camera and lighting to post-production, color grading and sound. High-quality Arri cameras and a color pipeline specially tailored to the luxury segment ensure a contemporary, brand-typical look. The reels are published on the Dolder Grand's owned channels and enable a year-round, thematically curated communication strategy.

Türi Cengiz, Regional Lead Publicis Luxe Switzerland: "For luxury brands such as the Dolder Grand, social content must meet the highest quality standards - despite the speed and fast pace. This project shows how strategy, craftsmanship and operational excellence work together to create a strong, brand-specific visual language."

At the same time, the content enables flexible use across various channels, from social media reels and website highlights to international campaigns, and conveys the uniqueness of the Dolder Grand consistently and emotionally comprehensible at all levels.
